Custom Platform is for cities over 50,000 residents. Platform only is from $1,999/mo. Managed is $2,499 a month and includes 4 done-for-you hours. Both include Full Service, unlimited staff and boards, up to 15 departments, 200 GB and 20,000 notice subscribers.

Base

Both include Full Service, unlimited staff and boards, ticket and account support, a 4-hour response, a named contact and a quarterly review. Extra 5-hour blocks are $1,050 a month on either base.

Up to 15 are included. 16–30 adds $199 a month. 31–60 adds $399 a month.

2. Platform

Extra storage, 50 GB blocks

200 GB is included. Each extra 50 GB is $25 a month.

Notice subscribers

Up to 20,000 are included. Up to 50,000 adds $399 a month. Up to 100,000 adds $949 a month. Above that, $12 a month per 1,000.

Done-for-you hours

Extra hours do not roll over. Choose 5, 10 or 20 hours on top of the 4 included.

Resident AI assistant, $199 a monthOptional help for residents, on top of the platform.

3. Launch

The launch project is $7,500 and includes 2 training sessions. Discovery, information architecture for up to 15 departments, a custom theme, DNS, an accessibility review, go-live and 2 training sessions.

4. TermMonth to monthInvoiced monthly. Leave any time. The launch is $7,500.3-year price lockInvoiced annually. Renewals after the term are capped at 3% a year. A $3,500 credit applies to the launch. If you leave before 36 months, you repay the unused, prorated part of any launch credit.
